Scripts, images, videos and any content are the sole responsibility of the client. Null Crack Scripts that interfere with our system and harm others, any fraudulent activities will be investigated and permanently terminated by account closure. The client will be assisted in this regard.

9.1. Must use legal script content and refrain from uploading such content: offensive, abusive, obscene, defamatory, threatening. The government rules of the location of the server, such as Singapore, USA, must be followed and must also be agreed with the rules of the server owner and the ISP (internet service provider) providing the internet to the server. It is the user’s sole responsibility to ensure this. Storage, distribution or transmission of illegal materials may result in investigation and possible prosecution by the relevant authorities. Don’t send data over the Internet using fake addresses or data, and don’t host scripts that are designed to intentionally affect remote devices. (such as DDoS, worms and viruses, trojans and ping storms) to ensure that local PCs and network connected servers do not send open relay and bulk mail messages. Running ‘port scanning’ or other software for the purpose of checking, scanning, testing or accessing remote system or network vulnerabilities is prohibited if this is considered spam. In situations where the remote user has given express permission to do so. We may ask for proof of such permission.

9.2. Your login information password username must be kept secret. Refrain from sending and receiving illegal content such as copyrighted content, hacking tools, etc. If you have doubts about the legality of what you are doing or someone is proposing to do, you should seek legal advice. Opening proxy servers is not permitted under any circumstances and will result in immediate service termination. The Sites must not contain images, videos, depictions or descriptions of pornography that are illegal or that are deemed objectionable in our sole discretion.

Sites should not contain copyrighted music/videos or links to such content. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that they have the right to distribute any content displayed on their website. Sites must comply with recognized international copyright laws.

9.3. Domain Name Registration: You are responsible for ensuring, directly or indirectly, the registration of a domain name and how it is used. ICANN’s services must be agreed upon and may not be used for any illegal purpose at any time. When transferring / selling ownership of a registered domain to another person ensure and prove that the buyer agrees and agrees in writing with the terms of this agreement. We will not transfer ownership of a domain until all fees for services associated with the account have been paid. If we receive any complaint regarding trademark/brand infringement, we reserve the right to put the domain on hold. We will act accordingly if a decision is obtained from a domain dispute resolution or a settlement agreement between the parties concerned. In that case, you have to pay the renewal fee on the renewal date.We will hold the domain and not move it until it is settled and we are satisfied with the documents provided.

9.4. Acceptable email usage
E-mail is sent using SMTP. It is designed for daily communication needs. All outbound mail is scanned by a cloud-based spam filtering system.We have a zero-tolerance policy against spam and sending bulk, unsolicited e-mail is prohibited at all times. Customers who abuse the email service are advised that their behavior is unacceptable and their accounts may be suspended, terminated or blocked.

9.5. By purchasing the Services you agree to the following policies: Not to send email that may cause annoyance, inconvenience or concern to any recipient. not to send any email that is harassing, obscene, obscene, threatening or unlawful in any way or any email that may cause distress; Having a clear policy on all newsletter communications; the bulk (commonly known as ‘spam’) or not use our mail service or network to send individually unsolicited email; not use our mail service or network for the purpose of depriving others of service (‘mail bombs’); not to use false mail headers or change the headers of mail messages in such a way as to conceal the identity of the sender; Do not use any email address that you are not authorized to use; Connect to our network and to ensure that any email servers operated by you are not configured to allow ‘open relay’;

9.6. You are solely responsible for your own email. Not to take any action that may breach your or our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulations or the Data Protection Act 2018.
